Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Inquiry Handling:

- Manage inquiries from walk-ins, calls, webmail, etc.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct counseling sessions and offer guidance to potential students.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Database and Records Management:

- Call prospective students from the database and manage database records.
- Handle fee collection and manage student accounts.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on inquiries and admissions.

Student Support and Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate student admission records.
- Coordinate with vendors in print, marketing, media, housekeeping, etc.
- Update calendars and schedule appointments.
- Order and manage front office supplies, inventory of stock, stationery, and study material.

Communication and Team Support:

- Maintain strong communication between management and students.
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Take care of employee attendance and maintain related records.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
