**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design**
- **Social Media & Web Graphics**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create banners, infographics, e-books, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all designs, ensuring visuals are aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Print & Marketing Materials**:

- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations for marketing campaigns.
- **Branding & Visual Identity**:

- Assist in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of the company by creating templates, style guides, and other brand resources.
- Provide creative input on campaigns, brainstorming sessions, and new branding initiatives.

**Video Editing**
- **Video Production**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished final products for promotional videos, social media content, website use, and internal communications.
- Add graphics, sound effects, music, and voiceovers to video content as needed.
- Use storytelling techniques to create compelling video content that engages the target audience and promotes brand values.
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**:

- Create motion graphics and short animations for use in videos, social media, and online ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create product explainer videos, customer testimonials, and tutorials.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and manage a library of raw footage, graphics, and other assets for easy access and re-use in future projects.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visuals align with broader business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions for new campaigns, bringing fresh ideas for both graphics and video.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing content and processes.

**Project Management**
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Stay up to date with the latest design, video editing, and animation trends, and incorporate these into your work.
- Ensure all content is optimized for multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile devices, with the proper formats and resolutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:

- 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across both disciplines.
- **Graphic Design Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience designing for both digital (social media, websites) and print (brochures, posters, etc.).
- **Video Editing Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Motion, etc.).
- Experience in color grading, sound editing, and adding special effects to video content.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- Familiarity with camera operations, lighting setups, and basic video production techniques (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of 3D design and animation is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box when developing visual content.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience creating visual content for e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
