**Job Overview**:
Techadlien Private Limited is looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our in-house team and our clients to create visually stunning and impactful designs. Your role will involve delivering innovative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality visuals for both Techadlien and our clients, including but not limited to social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, logos, banners, presentations, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to conceptualize and execute creative ideas tailored to project requirements.
- Develop unique branding materials and design assets for our diverse client portfolio.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the client’s specifications.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- Create templates and reusable design assets for quick turnaround times on projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Provide design support for motion graphics, video editing, and other multimedia projects when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to agency or client work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- A robust portfolio showcasing previous design work for digital and print media.
