**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create innovative design solutions for social media and print.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback from clients and team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative meetings, and client presentations, offering insights and contributing ideas.
- creating visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, posters, and brochures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Update and maintain the company’s visual content on websites and social media platforms.
- production of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Support the senior graphic designers and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and are visually appealing.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software/tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout compositior
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while staying updated on design trends.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects and creativity.

**Education**:
Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
Graphic Designer : 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
