**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create original, visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all materials.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Amend designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring high standards of design quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh and engaging work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices, platforms, and formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or startup environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with web design, UI/UX, and animation is a plus.
