**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review, and implement QA policies and procedures.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts where necessary.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software/products/services.
- Analyze test results, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for immediate joining is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA: 1 year (preferred)
- Manual testing: 1 year (preferred)
