Hiring for **Manual Tester/QA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand project requirements and create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.**:

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Provide timely feedback to the development team on product quality.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

**Requirements**:

- **1-1.5 years of experience** in manual software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
