Jeronone Technologies, a leading software development company, is seeking a talented and experienced QA Tester to join our dynamic team in Mohali. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and design specifications.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide a QA perspective and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues and work with the development team to implement effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new testing tools, and technologies to continuously improve the QA process.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team and stakeholders regarding product quality.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- MUST be familiar with Shopify OR Wordpress backend

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with popular manual testing frameworks and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.).
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
- Proficiency in test case design and execution for both manual and automated testing.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
