**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
- Execute test cases manually on web/mobile platforms and log defects with detailed reproduction steps.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
- Maintain and update test documentation based on changes to features or requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Ensure all issues are properly tracked and follow through to resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a QA Manual Tester.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, testing lifecycle, and defect tracking.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium or Postman (for API testing).
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
