Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator who understands both CBSE and Cambridge (IGCSE/AS/A Level) curriculum. The role involves guiding teachers, planning academics, and ensuring smooth curriculum delivery across grades.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage academic schedules for CBSE and Cambridge streams
- Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and classroom strategies
- Organize training sessions and workshops for staff
- Monitor student performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with school leadership and parents when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of teaching or academic leadership experience
- Experience with Cambridge curriculum is essential
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Cambridge assessments and teaching methods
- Ability to guide and motivate teachers
- Organized, proactive, and student-focused
