**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote Adiyogam’s yoga programs, retreats, and services effectively.
- Answer inquiries about the programs and assist customers in selecting the right options.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain a database of calls and update records with relevant information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passionate about yoga and wellness is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
