A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance
the user experience and align with the project's objectives and user needs. They focus on the overall
user experience, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to understand project
requirements and user needs.
2. Conduct user research to gather insights and define user personas, user journeys, and use cases.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and
interactions.
4. Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with the project's branding and
style guidelines.
5. Develop a consistent design system and pattern library to maintain visual and interaction coherence
across the product.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve the user interface and user
experience.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
8. Collaborate with UI/UX developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts into
functional interfaces.
9. Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to the overall product strategy and vision.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
