Location: Thane

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Experience designing for both mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms
- Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and layout techniques
- Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS (optional but a plus)
- Experience conducting user research, user testing, and interpreting feedback
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and product teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive designs
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices

**Additional Skills**:

- Understanding of design trends and modern UI aesthetics
- Experience with motion design or basic animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for mobile/web platforms

**Experience**:
Total Work Experience: 1 year (preferred)

UI/UX Design Experience: 1 year (preferred)

Figma or Adobe XD Experience: 1 year (preferred)
