We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. You will work on the highest quality product among its competitors in an exciting growing industry.

**Responsibilities of the UI/UX Role**:

- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate sites function and looks.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Creating website layout/user interfaces following HTML/CSS best practices

**Required Skills and Experience for the UI/UX Role**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, bootstrap, JavaScript frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Thane - 400606, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
