**Job Title: Laser Cutting CNC Machine Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada).
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine job requirements.
- Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and cutting parameters.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work closely with production supervisors and quality control to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus).
- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with metal types (steel, aluminum, stainless) and thicknesses.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and G-code (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical condition; able to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Lantek).
- Certification in CNC machining or laser operation.
- Forklift certification.
