**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Setup and operate CNC machines according to specifications and work orders.
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product.
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.
- Document production and machine maintenance activities accurately.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
