Job Description:

- Managing customer ocean freight full container load (FCL) bookings with carriers.
- Being responsible for all stock and logistics functions concerning total supply chain management, including planning, inter-/intra-company purchasing, and imports/exports.
- Monitoring and controlling logistics costs for inbound and overseas activities, insurance or other related expenses.
- Providing and implementing corrective and preventative action plans.
- Coordinating meetings with clients to determine their requirements, identify issues, and ensure all processes run to schedule.
- Studying and recommending strategies and improvements, where necessary, in coordination with the Financial Controller.
- Having overall responsibility for “Total Customer Satisfaction”

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing logistics, supply chain, procurement, and warehousing, preferably in the export/import field.
- Responsible and mature person who is service-minded, and results and detail-oriented.
- Good negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
