Key Responsibilities - Inventory Management Monitor and maintain optimal levels of inventory across all retail locations ensuring stock availability aligns with sales forecasts - Order Fulfillment Coordinate the order processing and fulfillment of products ensuring timely delivery to retail locations and customers - Transportation Coordination Manage relationships with freight carriers to negotiate shipping rates and schedules ensuring cost-effective transportation - Supplier Collaboration Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and address any supply chain issues - Logistics Documentation Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping and receiving documentation including invoices and tracking information - Performance Analysis Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective supply chain solutions - Problem Resolution Quickly address any logistical challenges delays or discrepancies to minimize impact on retail operations - Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards across all logistics operations - Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the sales marketing and store operations teams to synchronize inventory availability with promotional activities Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics preferably within the retail sector - Proficient in logistics and supply chain management software as well as MS Office Suite Excel Word etc - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with suppliers and team members - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines - Familiarity with retail operations and trends is a plus What We Offer - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for training and professional development - A collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience Warehouse management 1 year Required Location Bhilai Chhattisgarh Required Work Location In person
