Job Title Logistics Executive - Exports Location Khopoli Salary 25 000 - 35 000 per month Experience Minimum 3 years in export logistics operations Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate export operations efficiently The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in documentation shipping coordination and compliance with export regulations ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to international clients Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end export documentation including invoices packing lists shipping bills and export declarations Coordinate with freight forwarders CHA Custom House Agents transporters and shipping lines for timely dispatch Ensure compliance with DGFT Customs and other regulatory requirements Track and monitor shipments providing regular updates to stakeholders Manage LC Letter of Credit documentation and bank submissions Maintain accurate export records and prepare periodic MIS reports Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in export logistics Strong knowledge of export procedures shipping terms Incoterms and documentation Call 9999601571 Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Logistics 3 years Preferred Export Documentation 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
