About Us Exzone Logistics is a leading and innovative logistics provider based in Navi Mumbai dedicated to delivering seamless and efficient supply chain solutions across India and beyond We pride ourselves on our commitment to operational excellence and more importantly to building strong lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly experienced and customer-centric individual to lead our Customer Care team and ensure every client interaction exceeds expectations Job Summary The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department This role requires a proactive detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range ofibilities from talent acquisition and employee relations to HR administration and compliance contributing significantly to a positive and productive work environment Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management Utilize various recruitment channels job boards social media professional networks etc to attract top talent Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees Conduct background checks and verify credentials Employee Relations Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives Organize and execute employee engagement activities team-building events and recognition programs HR Administration Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both physical and digital in HRIS Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters appointment letters promotion letters relieving letters etc Manage attendance and leave records ensuring compliance with company policies Assist in payroll processing by providing necessary inputs related to new hires exits attendance and leaves Manage employee benefits administration e g medical insurance provident fund gratuity etc Performance Management Support the implementation and administration of performance management cycles including goal setting performance reviews and feedback processes Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance reviews Compliance Policy Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations e g Factories Act EPF Act ESI Act Gratuity Act Bonus Act etc Assist in developing updating and communicating HR policies and procedures Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management on potential implications HR Projects Initiatives Participate in and lead various HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field MBA PGDM in HR is a plus 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS Human Resources Information Systems and MS Office Suite especially Excel Word PowerPoint Excellent communication written and verbal and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to work Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment To Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to hr exzone in with the subject line Senior HR Executive Application - Your Name Exzone Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
