Job Description / Responsibilities: 1) Drive the sales & marketing of speciality chemicals and ingredients for personal care, cosmetics and pharmaceutical verticals 2) Understanding of products/chemicals in order to have effective communication with potential customers. Preparing technical sales documents and marketing documents.. 3) Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans. Initiate new marketing strategies and campaigns on social media, website, trade shows 4) Fixing up appointment, meet the client and explain the benefits of our product and achieve results. 5) Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 6) Build relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business and focus on continual new business development. 7) Good in Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Presentations. 8) Should be self-sufficient to identify/create leads and work for closing deals. 9) Market Analysis - current trend, benchmarking study, demonstrations & sales practices. 10) Ensure timely flow of quotations in order to maximize our competitive edge and win orders. 11) Establish annual, quarterly, monthly and/or weekly strategic sales visit, and customer action plans and prioritize and schedule own activities to win projects at faster pace. 12) Provide single point contact to the customer and help with various stages of order including shipping and payments. 13) Creating reports to understand the GAP between Actual Vs Achievements and presenting the same to HOD and MD.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
