**Job Responsibilities for Bulk Cooking Chef**
- **Meal Preparation**:
- Prepare large quantities of meals daily, catering to staff counts ranging from 150 to 180 individuals.
- Ensure timely and efficient meal service to meet staff schedules.
- **Menu Planning**:
- Design a rotating menu that offers variety and caters to dietary requirements.
- Incorporate seasonal ingredients to maintain freshness and cost-effectiveness.
- **Food Quality and Safety**:
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and final dishes to meet established standards.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure sufficient stock for daily cooking.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of ingredients.
- **Budget Control**:
- Minimize food wastage by optimizing ingredient usage and batch preparation.
- Stay within allocated budget while maintaining food quality.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Train and oversee kitchen assistants and helpers involved in food preparation.
- Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures.
- **Kitchen Operations**:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is in working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- **Flexibility and Innovation**:
- Adapt to last-minute changes in meal requirements or staff preferences.
- Introduce creative variations to the menu to keep meals interesting.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of meals served, ingredients used, and costs incurred.
- Provide feedback to management on any challenges or improvements needed.
- **Coordination with Management**:
- Work closely with the HR and operations team to ensure staff meal satisfaction.
- Respond to feedback and implement necessary changes promptly.
This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in cooking, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
