About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across multiple social platforms while engaging with followers and growing the community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, viral content ideas, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to create impactful marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Digital Marketing Executive
- Strong content creation skills (writing, image selection, basic video editing).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Added Advantages (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify.
- Understanding of influencer marketing & collaborations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
