We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and help drive our brand’s online presence and growth.

**Role Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Wonderpay Technologies, you'll be responsible for executing effective digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive traffic to our website. You’ll focus on promoting our payment gateway services, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing our digital efforts to support business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work with content, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- **Manage and Optimize Campaigns**: Handle PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor performance, analyze data, and refine campaigns to improve results.
- **Website and User Experience Optimization**: Track website metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Use insights to recommend improvements that enhance user experience and drive lead generation.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the payment gateway space to inform marketing decisions.
- **Reporting**: Create and present regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fintech or related industries).
- Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in graphic design or content production.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic UI/UX principles.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a bonus.
- Fluency in English and additional languages (e.g., Hindi, regional languages) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
