Networking with Corporates across sectors
- IT, BFSI, Ecomm, etc

to be the preferred recruitment partner for technology skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to

understand their talent requirements
- Co-create product offering by working with industry and internal

teams.
- Understanding the communities and student profile and

influencing hiring strategies of Corporates to build an inclusive

workforce

and hiring process
- Effective partnership with internal stakeholders, especially

Operations to deliver the programs in line with the clients

requirements.
- Provide leadership in establishing and implementing a smooth SOP

with Training Ops to ensure mapping of relevant job opportunities

for all students and maintenance of TATs for their placements.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly plans to

ensure decent job placements for Anudip’s students.
- Represents Anudip brand at various forums and provides strategic

leadership to the organization.

**Desired profile**
- An entrepreneurial mindset, action-bias and collaborative style,

strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful client management and

relationship building.
- Strong understanding of hiring strategies specific to the IT sector. Ambitious with demonstrated consistent high performance and

steep career growth.
- 7+ yrs of overall experience in the tech industry, ability to build

relationships and influence hiring decisions
- Should be able to work effectively with limited resources
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced

environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies

This position requires a dedicated and self-motivated individual with a

passion for placements, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong

opportunity to make a difference in the non-profit sector while utilizing

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
