**Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant**

**Position Overview**: As a Digital Marketing Associate with 2 years of experience, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various digital channels, analytics, and a creative approach to achieving marketing goals.

**Skills Required**:
**SEO, Keywords optimization, google adwords, website ranking, website upgradation, web development, Lead magnet setup, mail chimp, canva tool, photo editing tools, LinkedIn marketing, marketing collateral design and drafts and others

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy and Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with broader marketing initiatives.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of content plans.

**Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engage with the audience.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns.

**SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.

**Campaign Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data and analytics.
- A/B test various elements to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

**Digital Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective advertising strategies.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to support campaign planning and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
