Key Responsibilities
- **SEO Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- **On-Page and Off-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for on-page SEO, and develop off-page strategies, including link building and outreach.
- **Content Marketing**: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing social media accounts and creating campaigns that drive traffic to our website.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

**Training**:

- Design and deliver digital marketing training programs for students.
- Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical sessions on various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with the latest industry developments to ensure training content is up-to-date.
- Assist in curriculum development and enhancement based on industry needs and student feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
