**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and devise campaigns to expand market reach and engagement.
- **Manage Digital Marketing Channels**:

- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publication.
- **Optimize SEO and SEM Campaigns**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
- **Paid campaign strategies, Google Ads, Social media ads.**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality digital content.
- **Analyze and Report on Performance**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Share insights and recommendations to keep the company's digital marketing efforts ahead of the competition.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- **Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
