**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Alliance Jobs, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and achieve business objectives. **Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with design teams for the creation of visually appealing assets.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
