Day to Day Responsibilities

SALES PROFILE
- Identifying the Corporates and generating inquiries.
- Ensure that the Sales targets are achieved
- Achieve individual KRA. To ensure/motivate the sales team to do so too.
- Adherence to accounting systems
- Supervising the operations of the file.
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain liaison with airlines/consulates/tourism bodies
- Monitor competitor activities
- To ensure that regular training is given to staff on soft skills.
- Set & achieve sales targets & GOP
- Ensuring staff productivity

OPERATIONS PROFILE
- Lead and execute end-to-end operations for International & Domestic MICE groups. Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of MICE groups to ensure seamless operations. This includes managing group visas, air tickets, hotels, rooming, etc.
- Manage the entire MICE Operations Team. This includes setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, handling crises situations and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Possess knowledge of contracting and operations.
- Managing relationships with vendors, such as hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, DMCs, giveaways vendor, airline ticketing team, visa team, etc. to ensure that they meet quality standards and deliver services as per agreed-upon terms.
- Oversee costing, ensuring financial efficiency, and delivering value for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event delivery.
- Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all services provided to customers meet or exceed quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and resolving any quality-related issues.
- Identifying areas for improvement in operations processes and procedures and implementing measures to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MICE tour operations.
- Demonstrate zeal to grow and lead the entire operations team.
