**Job description**:

- Lead to entire CRM team.
- Build & maintain relationships with clients and Escalating & resolving the concerns as raised by clients.
- Conduct business reviews to make sure that the clients are satisfied with the service and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that the business needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Responsible for leading the Post Sales CRM Operations, payments and collections and ensure regular monitoring of project, progress and update the clients on the same.
- Handled Possession & Registry of Residential and Commercial projects.
- Issuance of Welcome Letters, Demand Letters, Cancellations, TPA, PTM, BBA, TPT, MOU, NOC, Endorsements via Pinga etc. and prepare MIS report.
- Taking care of Collection department & Loan sanction, Disbursement from Bank and Liaison with public, private sector lenders and NBFC companies for retails banking and loans and project approval.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
