
International Outbound Sales Process

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound voice calls to prospective international clients
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into sales
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling regulations
**Required Qualifications**
**Education**
- **Undergraduates**: Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in international BPO voice sales
- **Graduates**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Experience**
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in international BPO voice sales profile
- Maximum age upto 30 years.
**Essential Skills**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Active listening skills and customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural sensitivity for international client interactions
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in international telemarketing or sales
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with international markets and business practices
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
