**About the Role**

If you have a knack for communication and experience in Outbound calling or upselling, this is your chance to be part of an exciting and rewarding opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls for international real estate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs, offer suitable solutions, and promote property listings.
- Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales or lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent fluency in English (Tier 1 communication skills mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any **international Outbound calling process**.
- International sales or real estate experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
