**Job Description - Early Childhood Educator (ABA School Readiness Program)**

**Position**: Early Childhood Educator - ABA School Readiness Program
**Experience**: 1-4 years (freshers with Montessori/NTT training and interest in special needs may also apply)

**About Us**

At **Mom’s Belief**, we support children with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and developmental delays. Our **ABA School Readiness Program** blends Montessori and play-based learning with **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)** to build essential pre-academic, social, communication, and self-help skills, preparing children for mainstream schooling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver **age-appropriate, structured lessons** integrated with ABA principles.
- Develop **individualized learning activities** for readiness skills (language, pre-math, fine/gross motor, social interaction, self-help).
- Use **positive reinforcement techniques** to encourage skill acquisition.
- Collaborate with therapists, special educators, and psychologists to ensure holistic development.
- Maintain **progress records** and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that nurtures independence and confidence.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Any Graduate /Montessori Diploma / NTT Certification (AMI, IMC, IGNOU, or any recognized institute).
- Knowledge of **early childhood education** and willingness to work with children with special needs.
- Familiarity with ABA concepts (training support will be provided if not already certified).
- Patient, compassionate, and creative personality with a child-first approach.
