The Early Years Coordinator leads the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, ensuring a high-quality, child-centered learning environment aligned with Cambridge Early Years standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee curriculum planning, teaching, and learning in Early Years.
- Lead, support, and mentor Early Years teachers and assistants.
- Monitor and track children’s progress through effective assessment.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and promote community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through professional development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
- Experience teaching Early Years, ideally with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to child wellbeing and safeguarding.
