Pre-sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Explain project details and offerings to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits
- Maintain a strong follow-up system and ensure timely communication with clients
- Manage and update CRM with accurate data
- Support the sales team in closing deals by setting up quality appointments
- Maintain professional communication and build trust with potential buyers
- Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns and events
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate / tele calling / inside sales / pre-sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Pleasant personality, confident on the phone, and customer-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
