About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. This role involves a blend of pre-sales
will possess strong communication and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and
ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Activities:
- Engage with clients over the phone to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about our products/services.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and nurturing client relationships.
2. Project Management:
- Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
3. Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve any disputes or issues with vendors.
4. Order and Financial Management:
- Process and manage client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure proper invoicing and payment collection.
- Track and report on financial metrics related to orders and projects.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Compensation:
- Competitive fixed salary.
- Performance bonus based on individual and team achievements.
