**About Global Reporting, Tools and Analytics**: Global Reporting, Tools & Analytics (GRA) is part of the Global Consumer Business Operational Risk & Control (CBORC) organization, which supports Global Consumer Banking by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. CBORC is a First Line of Defense Control function that aids in the assessment of risk evaluation for Consumer Banking. The team develops and maintains reports and tools, and the team is responsible for leading transformational Control projects and automation efforts across Global Consumer Banking. The individual in this role will report to the Vice President of Report Development for Global CBORC and will specifically focus efforts to support the building, maintenance and sustainability of reporting activities in GRA. **Responsibilities** - Drive the development of complex MIS reporting using current sources and new sources as needed, and Lead reporting initiatives within the business through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements - Maintains quality service by enforcing Reporting quality standards; analyzing and resolving challenges, Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new report deployments - Participate in Reporting Forums and provide insights related to your work of expertise - Manage Data Upload processes used to create Dashboards and reports - Perform Data Reconciliations as needed - Ensure processes are managed, procedures are written/followed, and controlled - Engage with stakeholders to ensure process is controlled and be Audit-ready - Document controls related to processes and data management - Aid in the development of new reports through data reviews, availabilities, and assessments - Work closely with partners to perform analysis on various business processes with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Provides specialized analytics and management insights to the risk senior management on policy compliance and aggregated risk measurement. - Performs validation of reporting metrics and calculations to determine that business needs are being met and if updates/corrections are required. - Participate with cross-functional teams to create and implement new/updated Analysis. - Strong communication with Senior Operational Management within supported business area(s). - Influences decision making by providing fact-based advice and counsel. - Evaluates efficiency of existing information/reporting and suggests improvements. - Mentor junior analysts. - Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within the team and is involved with coaching and training of new team members. **Qualifications** - 8+ Years’ Experience - Knowledge of Citi Cards or Retail Fraud processes and terminology is preferred, but not required. - Strong, creative problem solving skills (analyze and troubleshoot reports/data to ensure accuracy). - Experience in SAS and SQL is required. - Experience in QlikView, Tableau is preferred. - Experience using large data (EDW) and Big Data environments preferred. - Strong organization and planning skills. - Strong interpersonal skills (interact with various levels within the organization). - Experience in translating business needs into actions and results.
