**About Global Reporting, Tools and Analytics**:
PBWM CAO Global Reporting & Analytics (GRA) is part of Personal Banking and Wealth Management Chief Administrative Office (PBWM CAO), which supports PBWM by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. PBWM CAO is a First Line of Defense Control function that aids in the assessment of risk evaluation for PBWM. The team develops and maintains reports and tools, and the team is responsible for leading transformational Control projects and automation efforts across PBWM.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

This person will be responsible for collaborating closely with Senior Leadership and other key players to comprehend company objectives and identify data-driven strategies for achieving those objectives.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Understanding of NLP techniques for Named Entity Recognition, semantic extraction techniques, text classification
- Developing, testing, and implementing algorithms to improve business processes
- Reviewing data to identify patterns or trends that can be used to improve business processes
- Experience with standard text classification algorithms
- Proficiency in programming in Python
- Documentation experience for complex software components
- Experience in working in an agile development environment
- Ability to work independently and as a part of larger team
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Soft Skills**
- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex problems
- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Time and Project Management Skills

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to write complex SQL, SAS and Python codes for data extraction and aggregation
- BI Technology - Tableau
- Experience in variables mapping across DWH’s
- Well versed with code optimization techniques

**Educational and Experience**:

- MBA / Master degree in Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech / B.E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
- 8+ years of experience in Banking Industry
