This is a regional role within Citi’s exciting and growing HR Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs team. Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics supports the entire hiring life cycle of attraction, engagement, conversion, and retention with a strong risk and control focus wrapped around it. TA currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated, career oriented individual as Assistant Vice President within TA, based in Mumbai. The position will support the TA Product leads and TA Country requests with Advanced Reporting and Descriptive Analytics solutions to TA and Business stakeholders regionally in a seamless and efficient manner. The individual will be responsible for designing report concepts, developing KPI metrics, and providing data insights & analytics. Aside from the reporting and analytics capabilities, continuous identification to improve reporting processes via report rationalization and automation to give way on creating value on deep dive analysis for strategical decision support to management team and partners. This role works on qualitative and decision enabling insight driven reports and analysis projects for Citi TA Leadership leveraging Infographics and visual dashboards. **Responsibilities**: - Design report concepts, metrics, and provide data insights & analytics - Partner closely with Regional TA Product and TA Country Leads to understand key questions asked and engage throughout the journey of the projects - Engage with TA leaders from time to time to provide update, discuss progress, create solutions, and interpret feedback - In consultation with Global and Regional TA stakeholders, train and upskill team in new technology - Provide guidance to stakeholders to deliver against the goals of the business - Efficiently multi-task, work independently and display proactiveness - Maintain strict attention to accuracy and detail - Manage sensitive HR data in a highly controlled environment - Ensure satisfactory Risk & Control review against any and all processes performed by the group **Qualifications**: - Post graduate degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in HR or staffing related roles out of which 2 years in analytics - HR Reporting or Management Reporting role, including demonstrated experience of managing senior business partner relationship while working across countries / regions / geographies - Effective communicator, able to interact with senior global/ regional stakeholders - Demonstrated experience of influencing and leading across a matrix organization - Advanced expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Proficiency with Workday, Micro Strategy, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred. - Skillful Storyteller - Ability to navigate robust process documentation and governance frameworks This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
