**Job Role**:
The Admission Counselor will talk to students and parents, explain about our courses, and help them choose the right program. The main goal is to guide students through the admission process and help them join the institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Talk to students and parents about HIIT courses and career options.
- Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain daily records.
- Help students with admission forms and documentation.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Work with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission flow.
- Take part in events, school visits, or seminars for promotion.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in counseling or education sector preferred.
