**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Actively participate in outreach efforts, including college fairs, high school visits, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educators, and community organizations.
- **Application Evaluation**:

- Provide recommendations based on established admissions criteria.
- **Student Advising**:

- Offer personalized guidance to prospective students and their families regarding the admissions process, academic programs, and financial aid options.
- **Event Planning**:

- Organize and conduct on-campus recruitment events, including open houses and information sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance student engagement initiatives.
- **Data Management**:

- Analyze admissions data to identify trends and inform recruitment strategies.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the development of promotional materials and online content to attract prospective students.
- Contribute to social media and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, marketing, communications).
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related area is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
