**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct informative and engaging campus tours, showcasing our facilities and programs to prospective students and visitors.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to stay informed about program offerings and admission criteria.
- Represent Hartron Skill Centre at college fairs, high schools, and community events to promote our institution and attract prospective students.
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as open houses, information sessions, and admitted student days.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in higher education admissions to enhance recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.
