**Reports To**: Customer Service Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, service outages, and basic technical support.
- Provide accurate information about internet plans, billing, upgrades, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical and field support teams to escalate and resolve service-related issues.
- Stay updated on company policies, internet services, and new offerings.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **0-1 year of experience** in customer service (freshers are welcome).
- **Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is a plus.**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for internet-related issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:
- Prior experience in an ISP customer support role.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Understanding of networking basics (routers, modems, bandwidth, etc.).
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
