Customer Care Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Information Provision**: Provide customers with product and service information, taking orders, and processing returns as needed.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database after every call or interaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect customer feedback and share it with the relevant department to improve products or services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and escalate priority issues to the respective departments or senior management. Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
- **Sales Support**: Support sales teams by generating leads and setting up appointments for them with potential customers.
- **Performance Targets**: Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, contributing to overall customer service goals and objectives.
**Main Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or communication is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support, telecaller, or similar role.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and rejection.
- Good interpersonal skills.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and the ability to manage stress.
- Skilled in dealing with complaints.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
- Effective listening and organization skills.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully handling customer queries and improving customer satisfaction.
