**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive for Cinema

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our cinema. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to all patrons visiting our cinema.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner as they enter the cinema premises.

2. Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and seating arrangements.

3. Provide information about movie schedules, showtimes, ratings, and upcoming releases.

4. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively to ensure a positive experience.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cinema lobby and common areas.

7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cinema's point-of-sale system.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

9. Stay informed about cinema policies, promotions, and special events.

10. Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management as needed.

11. Location: Science City and Mahesana

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

5. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cinema schedule.

7. A passion for cinema and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers.

8. Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
