- Experience in ANSI X12/EDIFACT EDI Transactions and Good knowledge on XML.
- Experience in Setting up communication with customer with FTP/SFTP/AS2/SMTP/HTTP/ HTTPS/ POP3/ IMAP/oAuth.
- XML based transactions and flat files to be handled as per customer requirement.
- New interface development in SI based on customer change requests.
- Technical support function - monitor and analyze transactions coming in the team mailbox and take necessary action as needed.
- Knowledge with Application Installation/Patching/Upgrade would be plus.
- Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model is desirable.
- Should be able to Guide/Mentor team on Development Projects & Production support issues.
- Should be able to handle stakeholders and hold design discussions independently.
- Should possess good communication skills and provide accurate status reporting.
- Should understand the needs of the business and able to act as per the project demands
