E-commerce ExecutiveJob Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms, drive revenue growth, and optimize the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce websites and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Upload and optimize product listings with descriptions, images, and pricing
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and sales strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams
- Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics using analytics tools
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings
- Handle customer queries and reviews to enhance satisfaction
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketplace management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
