**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. You will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, reporting, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and returns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality product images, titles, and descriptions.
- Track and update inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- Monitor daily orders, returns, and cancellations; ensure timely processing and follow-up.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform trends to improve listings and conversions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch and packaging quality.
- Resolve customer complaints, returns, and inquiries related to online platforms.
- Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies for pricing, promotion, and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing to run online promotions and ads as required.
- Maintain platform compliance by ensuring listings meet all guidelines and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 6 months - 1.5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO for listings, and platform algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for coordination and follow-ups.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar dashboards.
- Knowledge of festive/home décor product categories.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or PPC on e-commerce platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
