**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Commerce Operations**:

- Assist in managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support order processing, tracking, and fulfillment in coordination with logistics and inventory teams.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in resolving customer issues effectively and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating promotional materials, blog posts, and product descriptions that reflect our brand’s values and mission.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Follow company policies and guidelines in all e-commerce and social media activities.
- Maintain awareness of social media trends and best practices to enhance the company’s online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tata 1 Mg, Amazon) and social media marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for health and wellness.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
